Intercontinental Adventures: Factions in Action Vol. 2 gives a deep dive into three unaligned key factions in the G.I. JOE Roleplaying Game: The Arashikage ninja clan, the Dreadnok mercenary biker gang, and the Oktober Guard who defend Warsaw Pact countries!

Intercontinental Adventures: Factions in Action Vol. 2 requires the G.I. JOE Roleplaying Game Core Rulebook to use. The Cobra Codex Sourcebookis not required, but strongly recommended for those engaging in cartoon villainy.
