Design Your Destiny: Running Out of Time
Design Your Destiny is an interactive time travel story, multiple games and an activity book all wrapped up in one package. Throughout the story you’ll be asked to play games using included components, but each game will be broken in some way. The book then provides insights and guidance on ways you could fix these problems. You’ll be asked to implement your own ideas and playtest your version of these games as you try to help our main characters through their story.
Design Your Destiny is published by Fail Faster that also brought us the Fail Faster Playtesting Journal and the Fail Faster Game Design Program. As you'll learn in Design Your Destiny, game design means designing then testing, over and over again. So that's why we call ourselves Fail Faster: we want to help game designers succeed sooner by failing faster.
